• Sustainable Materials: Collaborating with clients and suppliers to source materials responsibly.
• Plastic Recycling Partnerships: Partnering with CID to recycle traffic management barriers and PPE materials, ensuring plastic waste is reused within the industry.
• Carbon Reduction: Actively contributing to the UK’s transition to a Zero Carbon future by recycling or reusing over 99% of materials used in our projects.

Governance

Transparency and Accountability
Effective governance is integral to our success. Our robust management structure ensures that we operate with integrity and accountability at every level.

Governance Framework:

• Independent Oversight: Chaired by independent Chairman David Taylor-Smith, supported by Directors from Triton Partners.
• Sub-Committees: Regular meetings of the Audit & Risk and Remuneration sub-committees to manage risks and maintain fair compensation practices.
• Executive Committees:
  • ExComm: A monthly operational review to align resources and capabilities with client needs.
  • Shadow ExComm: Preparing the next generation of leaders to step confidently into Director-level roles.

Engaging the Team:

Quarterly management meetings foster collaboration, review Group performance, and discuss strategies for future growth.
